Recommended for Vietnamese tourists and those seeking English as a second language. Inexpensive audio program teaches Vietnamese people simple and basic American English. (word is pronounced in Vietnamese and then repeated in American English).
I had Pimsleur for Spanish and thing the technique is very effective. She had to jump to level 6. This is for Vietnamese with no English proficiency. My wife was using Rosetta Stone but the birth of our son made a purely verbal program seem like a good idea. However, some beginners I work with like it and we are going to give it to our nieces.
